My name is Jeremy Matsen, and I’m the owner of Telluride Exteriors. I started Telluride Exteriors in 2021, with an idea of performing specialized gutter, heat cable, and snow retention work in Telluride and the surrounding area.

The business model is basic - I wanted to create a specialized business that has a reputation for doing quality work that I’m proud to put my name on and stand behind.

What that translates to in terms of our work, is providing products and services that provide a solution for a particular snow/ice or roof drainage issue that our clients may have with their building.

We approach each project with the mindset that each customer has an issue or problem that they are trying to solve, and based on our experience and knowledge - our job is to help solve that problem.

Many of the products that we install carry a factory warranty, which we are an authorized installer for. Should any issues arise with the products that we install, we’ll work with product distributors to try to address any problems. If there is are any issues with our installation, we will make any adjustments or corrections necessary - no matter how many return visits it may take to get it right.

I consider clients to be ‘customers’ and treat them like actual people, and not just a one-time sale.

I run my business as an owner/operator - I work hard and care about doing great work in the community that I work and live in and love.
